Depending on the case, we offer an hourly rate, a flat rate, or a contingent fee. Our lawyers generally will not bill for short emails or phone calls, and our first half an hour consultation is free. Attorneys' rates fall between $300 and $175 per hour while our secretaries' rates are $25 per hour. Retainer fees are held in trust and billed against as earned. When the case is over, any surplus left in trust is refunded.
